Connected however no internet.

Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

My broadband gone aswell. Was in middle of something important. Would be nice to be told broadband wifi going off aswell. Spent ages trying to reset the stupid thing. 🤬🤬

Well, was in a middle of an online game and my wifi connection cut-off, the frustration. Kindly let us know when maintenance like this one is going to happen.

There's currently an ongoing network wide outage impacting all EE broadband customers, there's nothing wrong with your hardware.

It's not back for me - at least without a reset.  It's resetting at the moment...

Yet again ee fibre not doing what it’s meant to 

it’s been down all over London for hours

Would of been nice to be told it would affect wifi and broadband service too… spent ages trying to reboot the router etc… poor show EE 🤬

So if you’re doing work on your app does that mean I have no broadband as well?
