Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

In this case, EE.
unfortunately their tech support lines aren't open at this time of the day.

However we're all in the same boat, it's a UK wide outage.

2am no broadband,  no 24 help for faults or signal failure I reset the rotter 3 times and still no service this is ridiculous now have to wait till morning

For the last 2 hours we have lost connection to internet .

The box has all the lights on but no conne tion at all to the internet .

Has anyone heard anything on whats going on , has anyone else in the consett area got the same problem 🤔 ??? .

Ive switched it off 7 times , nothing , ziltch ..........

My broadband cuts off for several hours every night just after midnight. Its now 237am for example and I'm still without it. This is infuriating as I need it for work and its keeping me up hours after i should be in bed every night. Is there ANYTHING that I can do about this please help!
