Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

Anyone else’s internet gone down this morning B37 area?

cannot call EE as no one available at this time.

poor customer care is failing to inform your customers who PAY that they will not be able to access services paid for due to maintenance

An absolute prime example of customer neglect

Working from home and Internet has disappeared.  Hub is showing connected but  no Internet.

What is happening?

I’m seeing the same since about 1:12am this morning.  Have a direct fibre to premises connection.  All looks to be ok with connection but can’t access any internet sites.

I wish EE would let their customers know when their doing maintenance. We all pay our bill every month and get no warning about maintenance. Come on EE get better customer communication and why don't EE have a 24/7 technical support customer service phone number that can ring and speak to someone.

Yes mine has gone down. All I’m getting is a solid aqua light which means internet is working but when I try and contact to Wi-Fi it says no internet connection even though I have the solid aqua light. Don’t know what to do

@Mel_K : Mine is down too. Just cut off suddenly with no logged events about 01:30. I now do have BB but no Internet. It does authenticate OK to EE and has a public IP. It's like EE  has just cut itself completely off from the Internet.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi

This is unacceptable. I work night shifts remotely from home and need the internet to work. I would have sorted something if this was the case. The nature of my work is crisis support and intervention for mental health. Not only are there people in crisis needing support now I am in a position where I am not getting a service that I paid for. Do better EE.

It sure is buddy and great seeing another fellow neighbour on this dam thing haha what to do now think munch time and hopefully it gets put back on my fingers are twitching with withdrawal now
