Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

I've got the same issues. Even tried a spare older router in case my one was faulty but no joy. I'm no expert but I'm not sure this is related to the scheduled maintenance of the my ee app unless its hosted on the same server but if I had to guess I think its most likely down to a hardware failure in a server that hosts DNS addresses but I could most likely be completely wrong

Whats the point paying all this money for one to not get full service only like 2 or 3 bars of signal anywhere and all this outage I wish I never come to ee I had nothing but problems. And now they putting a 3.5% raise on my bill do you not think paying £85 a month is enough you want to add more this company a joke I wish I could afford to cancel my contract

Here is a slight problem, who network outage to upgrade and maintain the MYEE app, you would think that they would but in a back up system to well buy data for this emergency 4G hub i got with the smart wifi, I am a gamer and watch youtube at the same time, am highly autistic too and I can't even get online to buy date for this 4G hub ,

EX12 has been down now for 2hrs, seems to be whole network of EE (broadband) from what I've been reading online. (router/modem connected with aqua light but no actual connection to the internet)
No update or report from EE as to what is going on or an ETA to be back online.
I feel bad for their call centers, everyone will be flooding them at 8am.

I rely on this wifi to check on my elderly mother who has dementia via camera, at least if you would have advised us of the maintenance then I could have re arranged the set up, really poor, sleepless night for me and have work in the morning (from home) so lets see how that goes!!! Really not impressed this time EE
