Anyway so my EE WIFI is in, they told Virgin I was moving at the start when I signed up.

I've now removed/Disconnected everything Virgin..

But do I need to do anything  else with virgin, or will they just cut me of and send me one last bill. ?

@Puma235 In theory, they should notify you that you are no longer an VM customer, produce your bill and let you go off into the sunset with EE, and they have also been known to do he-haw, keep billing and taking DD out, so it's one to watch very closely, hopefully it goes smooth as you may be due a refund of some money from VM depending on the switch over and billing cycles. They may have already stopped your account, so you cannot do anything, worth a check on that may give you a hint to what is going on.

@Puma235   It would certainly be worth a call to VM, there have been reports they have not ceased services when they should have. It gets sorted, but can take some time.

Have they sent any form of "sorry to hear you are leaving" letter? If so this can be used to remind them should they forget or delay the cease and carry on billing.
