How to cancel the canellation?

Recently, my broadband contract was suddenly canceled even though I didn’t intend for that to happen, and I received an email regarding an early termination fee. I think this might have happened because I changed my bank account, but my payments were still linked to my old account, so the payment didn‘t go through.
However, I never received any kind of notification about this no emails, letters, or text messages. If I had been informed, I would have taken immediate action to resolve the issue.
In this situation, is it possible to reinstate my original contract and continue as before?

@Cameldod If you’ve been switched off already then no it’s not possible to restart the contract, It’s been terminated. If the connection is still working you need to call customer support on 150 before you get cut off.
