@Krzako132 : To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

  • If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 2) in my sig. and give 14 days notice OR
  • If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill.
If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Krzako132  the following Help page gives details of how you can cancel your broadband contract.

Leaving EE Broadband

We need 30 days' notice to cancel your EE broadband. We'll stop your service 30 days after you cancel and let you know your contract has ended.

If you leave your contract early

You will have to pay an early termination fee if you cancel your service before the end of your minimum contract period. You'll find your contract period on your bill.

For example, if your minimum contract period is 24 months, you can only leave without paying a fee after you've had the service for 24 months.

The early termination fee is the remaining amount you would have paid up to the end of your minimum period, minus the costs we save, for example, payments to suppliers, because you're leaving early.

How to leave

Call us on 0330 123 1105 at these times:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday, 8am to 8pm
Sunday, 9am to 6pm

@XRaySpeX   seems EE have adopted BT's leaving policy on leaving broadband, although I would hope the actual terms are still linked to the sign up date, and not the new ones enforced.
