As the subject says, Clicking "Check Broadband" brings up a page saying BLOCKED. I'm trying to check because the internet has been up and down all day (Shocking for EE /sarcasm)

I wasn't asking for help. I was merely stating to EE what the page said.

You're not stating anything to EE here. You are merely having a discussion with fellow users, not necessarily of EE.
You make a statement in your OP & we naturality try to pin down where & what this is happening.
