Can anyone tell me, beyond the awful bot text feature how I can get someone to address this awful internet issue I’m having, moved from Virgin to EE on the promise I’d have the same speed and capacity, previously had Virgin500 and never had any issues with them over the last 4 years. I’ve moved to EE for a cheaper deal and I guess the money is NOT worth it. I’ve gone from having multiple devices running without issue to having 0.4Mbps download speed, 1300ping and currently BARELY watching Netflix one a TV which is steaming in what appears to be at an extremely reduced resolution to force it to work. How do I get this resolved and can EE realistically deliver on the promises they made, I work from home and need internet and currently I can’t even run a speedtest on my phone without it taking 8 minutes to load the results whilst connected to wifi

@Botty95 If EE are aware of your mobile then text HELP to 66033, this will initiate the Broadband Line test, better to do it during EE working time, and when you are available. Link below will explain.
