Since moving to ee and upgrading to full fiber my service has never been so bad .
Itfrequently drops out
the increased download speed is hardly noticeable and the app always seems to be under maintenance at the exact time I need to access it. A replacement hub was sent to me then for weeks thereafter I was hounded to return the original even though it had been promptly posted to them.
They said they would send an engineer so to my surprise the gentleman who arrived was the very same person who served me in Screwfix a few weeks earlier. Hooked up a laptop, told me what my download speed was then left.
other than that a great system.

@Anthonyjames : Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?
