As the subject says, Clicking "Check Broadband" brings up a page saying BLOCKED. I'm trying to check because the internet has been up and down all day (Shocking for EE /sarcasm)

@Profile closed Great, how is your broadband, did the test reveal anything?
Which router and broadband service do you have?
What issues are you having?

@Profile closed What leads you to this conclusion, do you see a change indicated on the router, ie the light changes colour etc.
Your generic answer EE Router is off no help.

@Profile closed The Forum is public, and all are user's like yourself, there is no EE support, you may wish to click on the welcome above to see how the forum works. If this is a newly installed system you would be advised to have the system checked.
If it is the new EE then from a mobile phone that is registered to your account, send the text HELP to 66033 tomorrow when you are at home and during the hours that EE are open, that will start a test, link below will explain or do the online test.

- Change my portable router password in Mobile Broadband
- Ethernet devices working but not showing in Broadband & Landline
- Trying to set reminder - launches the App!! in TV
- Perks At Work - EE Broadband - Discount Code Not Working in Broadband & Landline
- Received email for an early upgrade in Broadband & Landline
