Changing from BT to EE broadband

I placed an order to move from BT broadband to EE broadband on 11th April, and the go-live date is today.
The order is still open (I'm aware that the service has until midnight to go live), but none of the equipment (router, TV mini box etc) has been dispatched yet - it's showing that it's been delayed and has been like that since the order was placed.
I'm concerned that I won't be getting the additional kit that goes with the change and that I'll be paying for (TV mini box, hybrid connect, WiFi extender) until an as yet unspecified date, and I've also been advised that I need to return my BT Smart Hub 2.
Any assistance would be welcomed. My worry is that my order is stuck in this status and I won't be getting my new kit anytime soon.
