I did this change in the EE shop and they told me I would just keep my existing BT router, but now a new EE router has arrived, do I need to change it ?
Im getting the 900m+ speeds with the BT one .
Thanks

@spark240 you don't need to change it, both work with the same settings on EE.
However, BT/EE will likley want one back, and you should have got an EE router with the capability of getting 900Mbps on WiFi as well as via ethernet. You will only be getting around 1/2 of that with the BT router.
WiFi extenders are different, as are some of the other accessories if you take them.
Many prefer the BT router, DDNS works and there are other differences such as the App to control them.
Worth doing a little research before decinding which to send back.
