I have had to change to EE from BT as this is the new domestic service - asked to send back old discs and replaced by EE WiFi hubs.
this has disrupted many services in the house including sky- had to get sky engineer out . THE EE app does not connect to my BT HUB no matter how much I have tried- everything worked perfectly with BT- why does the same company issue different equipment which disrupts existing clients with incompatible services- really poor

@GG105 : The BT SH2 is not compatible with the EE app.

I discussed this we EE and they did not mention this - the question is why they did not replace the main hub / router to a EE product - they only replaced the mini hubs
