Hi I’ve bought a camera and it can’t access the internet. I can’t get into the settings to change it from 2.4 to 5ghz if someone can help me out please 🙏🏻

@Ash862012 Get in to what to change 2.4/5 GHz ? The router ? You don’t change the camera frequency, What router do you have ? What camera is it ? The more information you give the more accurate the information you’ll receive

Hi Chris, I’m not sure, I mean on the app for mt internet or if I try to go to the ee ip address on the internet it doesn’t let me sign in to change the internet to accommodate the camera. It’s an ee wifi router. It’s a Tapo camera. I’m pretty rubbish at this so sorry if I’m not making sense

Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page of the router to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.
