Cant register any services I have just taken up - API QUOTA error and website/app returns a 500. What a garbage service to come to. Anyone else having similar issues?

its not router related - enter my account number to register and it breaks!!!

Well, what is it related to? What were you doing at the time you got this error? You posted in the Broadband forum.

yeh - trying to register a new service (broadband) via web and app and its failing. If its the wrong forum then I'll move the question.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the EE Community, and I'm sorry to hear you're encountering some trouble since joining us.
Based on what you've shared here, am I correct in thinking you've recently taken out a broadband contract with us, but when you try to register to manage your account online / via the app you're getting these errors?
