Cant get EE app to connect to router

Set up. Tried uninstall and rebooting. Keep gettimg error that app cant connect. Have uninstall and reinstalled app. Have tried writing and scanning in router details. Have tried phoning customer service. My account was BT moved to EE.

@Suco If you cannot get the EE app to connect to a BT Smarthub2 or an EE Smarthub (2023) or anything else as you do not say what you have, then you need to call EE CS and have them take a look at the account side first!

Mine just started that two days ago, app works ok but don’t try the broadband as it won’t connect even though my phones connected to it !!!

If the app was working before but is no longer connecting, and you’ve already tried reinstalling it and reconnecting to your Wi‑Fi, please get in touch with our team. They will be able to check your account and help get everything connecting again.
