Cannot receive calls to my landline, although I can dial out

I cannot receive incoming calls to my landline, although I can make outgoing calls, but only to other landline numbers NOT any mobile numbers. Calls can only be done from the phone plugged into the EE smart hub plus.  If I try the phone plugged directly into the phone socket it is DEAD.  When we try to call a mobile number, it appears to connect as the timer starts, but there is NO ringing tone and no connection.  Incoming calls to the landline receive an unobtainable tone.

Yes I can call out, but only to landline numbers from the phone connected to our new smart hub plus router,. However, we cannot call any mobile numbers, it appears from the handset that the call has connected as the timer starts, but the is no ringing connection .  The second phone that is plugged directly into the phone socket is dead.

Hi @Bunnyrat,

You may have had a fault that luckily corrected itself.

Hopefully it'll work as it's supposed to now but come back to us if it ever comes back.

We have exactly the same issue since we swapped form BT to EE and changes our router!

We have had the same issue for a month now, and neither BT nor EE have had any success trying to resolve it. We are beyond frustrated - have you had any luck getting it resolved? (We can make calls, but cannot receive any).
