Cannot manage wifi in app and booster not connecting wireless (blinking orange)

Hi all!

Day 1 of migrating from BT. Hub is aqua blue have internet connection but in the EE it does not allow me  to "manage wifi".  Tried install, uninstall, use 3 mobile phones logging in to EE account, turn hub on/off, factory reset, broadband linked. Nothing works still cannot "manage wifi" and is stuck to "preparing for update".

Moreover, booster turned aqua blue using yellow cable plugged into the hub. However, when turned off and moved to living room all I havr is blinking orange, it seems it does not connect wirelessly.

Seriously thinking of cancelling and moving back to BT.

@Pinq86 Smart wireless is not connected with the flashing Orange, see the help below! Try leaving it connected longer with the cable, then in the same room once you disconnect to see if the wireless wifi connection grabs it! May take a few hours to do so.
