Hi, I have been having continual issues with my broadband since I joined EE 12 months ago. All issues have been documented but we are still experiencing problems. We have 12 months left on our broadband and TV package. What legal recourse do we have to cancel early without penalty?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 6 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

@Jericho1980 Unless you go fully down the complaints route, give EE all the time to get that sorted, reach a final impasse with EE then you have NONE, just leave suck up the ETF and find a provider that will work with you!
