Hi, I cancelled my home phone and broadband the day after I placed the order. But I’ve now contacted EE 3 times by phone and it still hasn’t been actioned. I am at a loss what more I can do apart from complain to the ombudsman.

You need to raise a formal complaint with EE before you may complain to the Ombudsman.

Good point, thank you. Any idea how to do this, is there a specific process/email address?

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
