I've had a door salesman offer me a contract today (10th June) and the installation date is set to 3rd july.

I've checked with virgin about cancelation fees for the switch ect. And what they have upgrade wise and i have decided to keep my virgin account but cant seem to cancel my ee order.

Any help will be appreciated, thank you!
