Good morning,
In January I was send a router for a broadband connection, but unfortunately with the engineers we didn't find appropriate place to install the router and put the cables. For that reason I canceled my contract and I received a bag with return label to send the router back. As soon I received the bag I send the package tru Royal Mail drop off and didn't obtain return receipt. Yesterday I found that I been charged £85 from EE for the router. Is there any chance that the router can be received and tracked. Every help will be appreciated and ideas how I can solve my problem.
