How do I cancel installation man coming to fit line I’ve already got one in so I don’t want to fill out £50 for nothing and will I go active on the 12th still if guy still comes out but doesn’t fit snythjng

@Zoeblears have you just moved into a new property and having broadband for the first time? Or do you already have a working broadband line?
The £50 may well be for the work needed in the exchange if the line has not been used for some time, and not to instal a new one.
