Can't text 60071 to report failed broadband

My mobile won't let me text 60071 as it says it's formatted incorrectly, so I can't report that my broadband is down.. aarrgghhh.. trapped

How are you trying to report, I beleive the format is:

HELP followed by your landline number to 60071

[nsee]

The help documentation says to text "HELP" to that number, but it actually doesn't work unless you text "help" (all lowecase). Found that out the hard way after waiting around all day.
