I'm trying to check what I broadband service I'm paying for. But cannot access my broadband plan in the ee app. I only see the mobile plan in the app.
If I try to check the broadband section it asks for details, but I don't know my account number (it's obfuscated on the billing emails) and I don't know my line number (I selected not to have a separate phone line when I purchased)
How can I check this?

@Mik17 : You first need to add it to your online MyEE. Your account no. can be found in your Welcome email. If you no longer have it you will need to phone CS for it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @AnnaMaj
Thanks for posting on the community.
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling since you added your broadband account?
