ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Ok, thank you.

I don't believe it does. I see no BT emission.

Which makes James comment about it being my phones Bluetooth a little dubious.

It seems to me, that after reading a lot of threads on this community from people with different brands of devices who are having the same problem, that EE knows there's an issue but don't know how to fix it.

Update:

I have found a fix for this, I can now pair my Huawei p30 pro to my hub.

Got to phone settings

Select Apps

Select EE app

Select Write System Settings

Turn on

Go back to home and start EE app and it should now pair with hub
