Can't get into some TV services and Marcus bank - abroad message

I have recently switched to EE broadband form Virgin. The serice is much better. But I keep having difficulty accessing my Marcus UK bank account and also ITV X. Both dispaly a message that I am abroad when I am actually in London. I have checked my IP address and this clearly shows that it is in the UK. I consulted  EE technical help last week and they recommended turning off the system for a few minutes and then turning it on. This worked the first time but it has now reverted to the 'abroad 'message despite my turinig off the ssystemm several times. Cab ayine help please?

@gturton  I suspect the affected services are using a location service that is not updated. When you switched off the router it would have got a new IP address and so the services worked again. You could try complaining to Marcus, and ITV, but I suspect the chances of getting through to their network people is likely to be slim.

If you can, make a note of the IP addresses that do not work and  let EE/Marcus/ITV know but also to see if they are in the same block.
