the phone attached to the adaptor rarely has a dialling tone, unless i unplug, replug in the adaptor. engineer visited, ee refreshed the networ. it lasted only a week. now, a long , long wait to speak to someone
Hi. I have 2 phones, one plugs into the router and the other into the adaptor. Both should work. However, it might finally be solved as EE did a factory reset yesterday, and so far I have a dialling tone on both phones. Thank you
