Can’t add my broadband to manage my broadband

Had this issue for MONTHS called the helpline saying it would be sorted in 72 hours and still isn’t fixed 

I can’t add my broadband to “manage my broadband” so I haven’t been able to see the bills im paying. It used to work then EE changed my broadband plan and hasn’t worked since. I spoke to someone on the phone who also found it strange we troubleshot email address and the billing number to no avail can ANYONE ACTUALLY HELP!
