@allen61 , your mobile, depending how old it is, should be able to have wifi calling, so that you can use the phone using wifi as if using sim card, you should be able to set this up in the phone settings.
Youy can only have a digital landline, so one that plugs into the router, but would have to speak to customer service about this.
You can ring customer service using something like Skype see my signature and it is free to ring them.
