This morning I selecyted a 2 yr BB & LL contract with BT/EE. Emails have arrived saying I have lost Caller Display on the landline. It's the most useful feature for me!
I did move to PAYG. Would I get Caller Display be included if I ressumed Unlimited Minutes on the Landline?
Or is there a "free" way of getting it?

Caller Display is on all Call Plans & is free. You should get it anyway. Show us the text of this email. It doesn't make sense.

Thx for your reply.
I have been on the phone and they confirm what you say - PAYG DOES retain Caller Display.
The email I received had the Title;
Stopping your services.
"You've asked us to cancel some services at;"
Then my address - followed by Screen shot below; { I now assume "PRIVACY Caller Display" is different from Caller Display - if so, MY mistake}
Thanks again.
