My broadband has been stopped and I didn’t want this I only missed one payment has I’m aware can I please let me back in and set up payment plan my benefits go in 28th of every month. I don’t understand why my internet off and I owe that much I don’t want it stopped

Unfortunately because you haven't paid your bill they suspended your services. It's in the T and C's you signed the contract.
