Hi

This weekend just gone I switched from bt to ee for broadband. I have received no information about anything so phoned ee. I have received no emails as my email address was entered incorrectly and when I've phoned up today with various questions I was given a new account number which is not recognized when I enter it on the app. Help!

@Jalo If your e-mail is corrected, and the account number is good, or even if the errored email is what you have to use, then the system takes sometime to all filter through. Somethings are not instant.
