Broadband not linked to mobile account

I’m less than 24hours with EE and I’m already thinking of leaving. 
Why is it so hard to link broadband account to mobile account. This is very disappointing and I thought I was making a good move switch my broadband to EE. I’ve seen that this is a usual complaint amongst customers.

Who has a solution please or I’m leaving ?
