broadband password doesn't work

my password doesn't work. I've tried with with QR code but I don't know use it

Which EE router do you have? Is it the WiFi password you are after?

@Billyglasgow Which device, and what password are you trying to use at which point. There are possibly two. Password for the wireless Wi-Fi connection and then Password for the Admin account.
