Hi! I've request a broadband switch from BT to EE, but BT wants to charge me a lot of money to switch and I can't afford it, so I need to cancel the switch, can you do that for me please?

You need to do it yourslf by calling CS on the Freephone no. (Opt 3) in my sig.

You do know that EE will pay £50 towards your leaving fees of your old ISP?
