The worst broadband I have ever had. Rang to complain and they said there is nothing they could do. The lag from the internet is awful so for anyone who likes to game I recommend not to buy this broadband. Virgin is far far better and cheaper. Worst customer service and terrible broadband. Stay well away from this service!

@Rs12345   What broadband service do you have, and which router model?

Is there something we can do to try and help?

I have the full fibre 500 for £40 a month, not sure what you can offer to help as I have already tried with customer service but they offered no help. I asked for the WiFi booster as a form of compensation but they said they cannot do this. I will be cancelling my broadband as soon as my contract ends and moving back to virgin as the broadband the worst I’ve had. Virgin is far far better and almost £10 a month cheaper.

They can access the account and get the broadband connection looked into.

I’ve tried this and they offered no help. They suggested I pay for the WiFi booster but that’s not good enough
