Absolutely disgusted to receive a bill of nearly £240 after renewing my Broadband for £29.99. I was at the end of my contract and have been with EE for years. I tried to contact their customer service but could not get through despite promises that they would respond. I am seriously considering instructing a lawyer as I believe they are acting in a fraudulent manner.

@Profile closed  the detailed section of your bill will have more information of the extra charges. If the reason is not clear why not simply ring the Broadband Care Team who will help either clear the mistake if one has been made, or explain the extra charges.

Got to be cheaper than instructing a lawyer!
