I had my full fibre EE installed on 16 September. But have yet not received my switch offer

@Cheeko72 : Full Fibre BB is not Mobile BB. Please clarify which you are enquiring about. There is no ISP switch offer for Mobile BB.
Which ISP are you switching from?
You aren't sent any switch offer; you have to claim it. EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee. It will be applied as a credit to your EE bill.

Then claim for it from EE by providing the bills from whoever it was showing exit fees.
