Hi I recently switched from BT broadband to EE broadband as my plan got an upgrade and I am still wondering where my billing account number is because whenever I use EE App and go Manage to add my broadband to see my bills and such, in the first process I add my account number but on the second process it asks me to put in a billing account number which I never got in my email or my lastest EE broadband bill. Much appreciated for any help!

@DomB21 : Where did you get the a/c no. you used with the EE App? EE BB a/c nos. consist of 'GB' followed by 8 digits. Did it?
Your BB a/c no. should be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.
