Broadband switch from BT not completed

Should have switched from BT broadband to EE yesterday. EE website shows order complete, but the broadband and digital voice are still with BT

Digital Phone still showing on BT app. Also speed should have increased from 500 to 550 as part of the switch deal - and hasn’t. Speedtest shows provider as BT
