Before Christmas I call EE Sales to request an additinal Smart Wifi Plus "to eliminate WiFi blackspots..." once I got through to the "right team" on the phone I was told one would be dispatched... Nothing has ever arrived.
How do I order an extra one?
Don't seem to be able to find the correct route via the app / website etc. etc. ?
