Upgraded to a new broadband speed this morning. Does anyone know how long it takes to become active.

@Eric63 It will depend on what service you are on and what you upgraded to.
How did you do the upgrade? Did you not get an email with the information on it?

Yes it says it is activated but I keep checking the speed. Not any faster yet. I went from FF150 to full gigabyte essentials

@Eric63 suggest you reset the router and try again.
Also how are you checking? Best way if with a laptop/pc with a Gb ethernet port via an ethernet cable, but whatever make sure you use something that can cope with the speed.
