Hello, I signed up for broadband on the 14th of March and I’ve had no correspondence about my order

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

I have experienced the same , just a precontract and nothing else?

When did you place your order?

Have you tried tracking it in the My EE app? Just tap Orders > Track broadband.

spoke to BT - have no record of it , even though same company. Cant be without broadband now so have had to go with BT which was £2 more.
