Hi,
I took out an EE broadband contract over the phone today in my online account the order is not showing. The only email I received is to sign the contract which was done over the phone.
I have a reference number starting with AGT but it doesn’t work in the order tracker. Do I have to call customer service again to get the confirmation email sent?

Perfect I called the team and they were able to give me the order reference. All sorted

@juliec69 Your online account is it currently for a mobile! This was a BB order starting like below and another 12 numbers after the dash.

No my online account is only for broadband. I’ve never had EE mobile so I’m not sure. I might just give customer service a quick call as they should be able to give me the correct VOL reference.
