We recently joined EE after leaving Virgin media who we’d been with over 5 years. But I now regret it. The amount of times the hub loses connection is unbelievable. Can’t do anything that requires internet such as watch something or stream music. The hub go’s from blue to flashing orange. I’ve phoned EE numerous times but it keeps happening. This service is unacceptable.

Hi @Sjshaw365
Welcome to the community.
I can understand how frustrating it is to lose the connection.
If the light is flashing orange, it would mean that it is trying to connect to the internet.
While I appreciate you have spoken to our broadband guides on multiple occasions, if this keeps happening, and our broadband guides have not been able to resolve it yet, it would be best to call them again so they can investigate further, and arrange for an engineer if needed.
The team can also open a complaint when you call to keep a record of your calls until it is resolved.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
