Internet access through Broadband with ee is a total JOKE. Moved to ee and less

Internet access constantly dropping. TV constantly saying no Internet access. Never able to access ee App as always "down for maintenance '. This has to be the worst Internet Provider on the planet. 

@BradfordBantam , maintenance happens over night, are you able to access the app now during the day?

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
