Broadband issues

Anyone else having broadband issues? Service intermittent for 3 days now. Off for hours, then on, then off for hours. Service status saying it will be down until Monday evening.

BB issues are rarely widespread but specific to your own line.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Hi, thanks for replying. Yes i have reported it several times using both the text 66033, calling 150, and webchat. It’s just weird how it keeps going off, coming on and going off again. Started Thursday, was off line all day yesterday, came back on at 6pm, went off at 9.30pm and 66033 states it won’t be back on till Monday at 7.

Exactly the same!!! Was fixed last night for a few hours and now off again!!! And been told it could take all weekend.
