Hello everyone, I live in a basement flat in Bristol BS8, where the mobile phone reception is very poor, I can't use mobile broadband, I can't find any broadband socket or open reach in my flat, only one socket like this, I don't know exactly what this is for and whether broadband can be installed. the landlord told me. all of the cables are linked from the top of her apartment. And the building is old.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

That socket looks like a combined landline/TV/Sat/FM combo I had in an apartment over 30yrs ago.
As suggested, I’d do a search on services available and go from there.
EE Fibre 900 via SH+ with 2 Extenders, EE TV Pro & Mini boxes, 2 EE SIM's only, all originally BT.
LG Oled, Denon/Cambridge Audio 7.1, Panasonic 4K player, Apple TV 4K

That 1 next to TV looks remarkably like 1. But it doesn't matter. If there isn't any 1 will be fitted when BB is installed.

@Aiden10 It's the middle connection, does not have to say Openreach, from long ago there was BT, and loads of different logo's.

@Aiden10 Your Picture has now become available to view, if you entered your details correctly off postcode and you do have a specific flat number as an individual unit, the fttp Full Fibre is available and with it displaying, then you have NO choice but to have THAT installed, involved is OR running a new (Fibre Connection outside the building, drilling a hoke from outside to inside and installing an ONT the requirements are this device has to be installed beside a double power socket one for the ONT and one for the EE Router) this is the simplified version of events, because now you also need the flat owners permission for all of this to take place, check out EE broadband available also using the details you entered earlier and go from there.
But do talk to the owner, it is an enhancement with you doing it, down side is you are and have to commit to a 24 month period of a BB deal, so do keep that all in mind.
